At House of Hera, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items under the conditions below.

⏳ Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days after delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

💌 How to start a return

Would you like to return an item? Please first send us an email via contact@houseofhera.nl to register your return.

In your email, always include:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for return

Please also clearly include your order number and email address inside the return package, so we can correctly identify and process your return.

After receiving your email, we will inform you which address the package should be returned to.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and/or stickers are still attached
  • The item has no signs of wear, such as perfume, makeup, deodorant, or food stains
  • The item is returned in the original packaging
  • The item is not missing any accessories or parts
  • The return is shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded

🚫 Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (Final Sale)
  • Damaged, worn, or used items
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Items without original labels or packaging

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The original shipping costs (to you) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns

🧾 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • If it takes longer than 15 business days after approval, please contact us again

🛠 Damaged or incorrect items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@houseofhera.nl so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Bij House of Hera willen we dat je je zelfverzekerd en tevreden voelt met elke aankoop. Mocht er toch iets niet naar wens zijn, dan kun je je bestelling retourneren onder de onderstaande voorwaarden.

⏳ Retourtermijn

Je kunt je bestelling retourneren binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst. Na deze periode kunnen wij de retour helaas niet meer accepteren.

💌 Hoe start je een retourzending?

Wil je een artikel retourneren? Stuur ons eerst een e-mail via  contact@houseofhera.nl om je retour aan te melden.
Vermeld in je e-mail altijd:

  • Je ordernummer
  • Welk(e) item(s) je wilt retourneren
  • De reden van retour

Vermeld je ordernummer en e-mailadres ook duidelijk in het retourpakket, zodat wij je retour correct kunnen identificeren en verwerken.

Na ontvangst van je e-mail laten wij je weten naar welk adres het pakket teruggestuurd kan worden.

📦 Retourvoorwaarden

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moeten alle artikelen aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:

  • Het artikel is ongedragen, ongewassen en in originele staat
  • Originele labels en/of stickers zijn nog bevestigd
  • Het artikel bevat geen gebruikssporen zoals parfum-, make-up-, deodorant- of voedselvlekken
  • Het artikel wordt geretourneerd in de originele verpakking
  • Het artikel mist geen accessoires of onderdelen
  • De retourzending wordt binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst verstuurd
  • Sale-artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd of terugbetaald

🚫 Niet-retourneerbare artikelen

Wij accepteren geen retourzendingen van:

  • Sale-artikelen (Final Sale)
  • Beschadigde, gedragen of gebruikte artikelen
  • Artikelen die buiten de retourtermijn van 14 dagen worden geretourneerd
  • Artikelen zonder originele labels of verpakking

🚚 Retourverzending

  • De kosten voor retourverzending zijn voor rekening van de klant
  • De oorspronkelijke verzendkosten (naar jou toe) worden niet terugbetaald
  • Wij adviseren om een traceerbare verzendmethode te gebruiken om verlies van retourzendingen te voorkomen

🧾 Terugbetalingen

Zodra wij je retourzending hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, ontvang je bericht over de status. Bij goedkeuring:

  • Wordt het bedrag teruggestort via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode
  • Houd rekening met maximaal 7 werkdagen voordat het bedrag zichtbaar is op je rekening
  • Duurt het langer dan 15 werkdagen na goedkeuring? Neem dan opnieuw contact met ons op

🛠 Beschadigde of verkeerd geleverde artikelen

Is je bestelling beschadigd, defect of incorrect geleverd? Neem dan binnen 48 uur na ontvangst contact met ons op via contact@houseofhera.nl, zodat wij het snel voor je kunnen oplossen.
